What a session actually looks like
Whether we are working together remotely or in-person - the session flow remains the same.

Three steps, repeated and adjusted as your body changes
Every session follows the same shape, but never the same script.
We start with a conversation
Every session begins by getting curious about what's actually going on for you.
For in-person sessions, we'll have this conversation together in my home clinic. For remote sessions, you'll complete an online questionnaire beforehand.
I'll ask about what's bringing you in, what you'd like to work on, what's creating physical or emotional stress in your life, and most importantly — how you'd like to feel instead.
We let the body add to the story
Once I have a picture of what's happening consciously, I use kinesiology to gather further information from the body.
Kinesiology uses muscle testing as a form of biofeedback, helping us identify patterns of stress and areas that may be contributing to what you're experiencing — including things that aren't always obvious on a conscious level.
For in-person sessions, you'll lie comfortably on the table while I use your wrist and muscle testing to communicate with your body's responses.
For remote sessions, the process is adapted to work energetically. After you've uploaded a photo with your questionnaire, I connect with your energy and muscle test myself while working through the same process.
We work with what the body is communicating
Once we've identified where the stress may be coming from, we work with the body to help balance and harmonise it.
What this looks like is different for every person and every session.
There's no one-size-fits-all protocol. I follow what comes through the session and explain what's happening as we go — as much or as little as you'd like.
