About Hannah

I've spent a lifetime becoming who I thought I was supposed to be.

I'm Hannah — kinesiologist, energy worker, mum of two, former Registered Nurse, Human Design Projector, and recovering people-pleaser and perfectionist.

I've experienced burnout, anxiety, panic, OCD, autoimmune challenges and more than a few identity crises. I've changed careers, rebuilt my life and spent far too many years trying to get it right, keep everyone happy and worrying about what others might think.

Eventually, my own healing led me to kinesiology, Reiki, energy work, the nervous system and Polyvagal theory, as well as Human Design — all of which have helped me understand myself more deeply and find my way back to my own intuition and inner wisdom.

I learned that I didn't need to fix myself or become someone new. I needed to create enough space to hear myself again.

As a Human Design Projector, one of my natural gifts is seeing beneath the surface — noticing patterns, energy and the things that can be difficult to see when you're inside your own story.

This is something I bring into my work with women. I'm not here to tell you who you are or what you should do. I want to help you see yourself more clearly, reconnect with your own knowing and discover what is true for you.

That's why I created Untamed.

A space for women who are tired of carrying it all, second-guessing themselves and putting everyone else's needs before their own.

I want to help you reconnect with the woman beneath the conditioning, expectations, limiting beliefs and stories about who you should be — and build the capacity to actually listen to her.

To know what you want without needing permission.

To honour your boundaries without carrying someone else's feelings about them.

To trust your intuition.

To take up space.

To live a life that feels aligned, spacious and genuinely yours.

Not a better version of you. Not a fixed version of you.

Just more of YOU.

Training & experience

A working history, not a highlight reel.

2016

Diploma of Remedial Massage

Where I first learned to read tension patterns by hand, and where I first noticed how often they came back.

2018

Diploma of Kinesiology

Trained in muscle testing, structural correction, and stress-response work across a two-year clinical program.

2020

Opened private practice

Started seeing clients independently, focused on chronic tension, old injuries, and nervous-system overload.

2023

Advanced structural integration training

Added postural and structural assessment work to address compensation patterns further upstream.

How I work

What guides every session

A few things I hold to no matter who's on the table.

I listen before I test

Muscle testing is only useful if I understand the context first. Every session opens with an actual conversation.

I follow the pattern, not the complaint

The sore spot is rarely the source. I test broadly to find what the body's actually compensating for.

I don't rush the nervous system

Real change needs an unhurried pace. Sessions run long enough for your body to actually settle.

Ready when you are

Book your first session

First sessions include a full intake and take a little longer - about 75 minutes - so we can map the whole picture before we start.
