Refunds

I want you to feel clear and comfortable before booking your session, so here's how refunds work at Untamed.

Before your session:

If you decide to cancel your booking with at least 24 hours' notice, I'll refund the full amount you've paid, minus the Stripe processing fee. The refund will be processed through Stripe.

After your session:

Once your kinesiology session has taken place — whether in person or remotely — the session fee is non-refundable.

Kinesiology is a personalised, practitioner-led experience, and once your session has been completed, the time, energy and space have already been intentionally held for you.

For remote sessions, this also applies once your session has been completed and your personalised session report has been provided.
