Kinesiology, answered - the questions I get most

I get versions of the same handful of questions from almost every new client, so here they are answered plainly.

Does it hurt?

No. Muscle testing is gentle resistance, not deep pressure, and corrections are similarly light. If anything feels uncomfortable, tell me and we adjust.

Is this the same as chiropractic or massage?

Related, but different. I'm not adjusting joints like a chiropractor or working purely on soft tissue like a massage therapist - I'm using muscle testing to find where the body is compensating, then correcting that specific pattern.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on what we're working with. A single stubborn issue might settle in two or three visits; longstanding structural or stress-related patterns usually need a longer arc, reviewed every few sessions.

Do I need a referral?

No referral needed - you can book directly. If you're also seeing a physio, GP, or other practitioner, I'm happy to work alongside their plan.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, loose clothing you can move in. We won't be doing anything strenuous, but you'll want ease of movement for testing and corrections.

If your question isn't here, send it through before you book - I'd rather answer it upfront than have you wondering in the waiting room.
